Game servers, voice servers, web hosting and VPS plans are set up automatically, usually within five minutes of payment. Dedicated servers are typically ready within 24 hours.

Not for game, voice or web hosting. Everything is done from a point-and-click control panel. A VPS or dedicated server assumes you're comfortable with Linux or Windows Server administration.

We host in three US regions: US East, US Central and US West. Pick the one closest to most of your players or visitors at checkout. You can move later by opening a ticket.

Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Game, voice and web hosting plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service isn't working for you. VPS and dedicated servers aren't refundable once they've been provisioned.

No. Prices are listed in US dollars before sales tax. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

We'll email you a reminder. Services are suspended 5 days after the due date and removed 14 days after that, so you have time to pay and keep your data.

Right now we have one-click installs for 18 games, including Garry's Mod, Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Valheim, Palworld, Project Zomboid and Counter-Strike 2. See the full list on the game servers page. If yours isn't there, ask us.

Because RAM is what actually decides how well a server runs. A modded Minecraft server with 10 players needs far more than a vanilla one with 30. Paying for RAM means you set whatever player count you want.

Yes. You get full file access through SFTP and the web file manager on every game server, and most games have one-click installers for popular mod loaders.

Each game server runs one game at a time, but you can switch games from the panel whenever you like. To run several games at once, order more servers or use a VPS.

First check the panel's memory graph. If it's near the limit, add RAM. If it isn't, open a ticket with the time it happened and we'll look at the server and the network for you.

Discord servers are hosted by Discord, not by us. What we can host is a Discord bot on a VPS, or a TeamSpeak or Mumble server if you want voice chat that you fully control.

Yes, for free within your first 30 days. After that, open a ticket and we'll switch it for you. Channels and permissions don't carry over between the two.

Yes. Send us your snapshot or database in a ticket and we'll restore it onto your new server so your channels and groups come with you.

Yes. Every domain and subdomain on every plan gets a free certificate that installs and renews automatically.

We don't count or cap the traffic your site uses for normal website hosting. It doesn't cover using a web hosting plan as a file mirror, video streaming service or backup store. Use a VPS for that.

Yes, for free. Request a migration and we'll copy your site, email and databases and test them before you switch over.

Yes. You can register a new domain or transfer an existing one when you order, or any time from the client area.

They're unmanaged by default, which means you handle the operating system and software. We handle the hardware and network, and we'll still help if you get locked out. Managed service is available on dedicated servers for $40/mo.

Yes. Windows Server is available on both VPS and dedicated servers. Licensing is $15/mo on VPS plans and quoted per server on dedicated.

Anything illegal, spam, phishing, attacks on other networks, and crypto mining. Everything else is generally fine. If you're not sure, ask before you deploy.
